Commitment
We want everyone to be able to use Rights123, especially during difficult moments. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we welcome your feedback.
We design and build Rights123 to work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a target. Because the platform evolves continually, some areas may not yet fully meet every criterion. We treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time task.
Interactive elements are reachable and operable with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators throughout.
We aim for WCAG-aware color contrast so text and controls remain legible in light and dark modes.
We use semantic HTML, meaningful labels, alt text, and ARIA where appropriate so assistive technology can convey content.
Each page uses a single main heading and a logical heading order to make content easier to scan and navigate.
We respect the operating-system reduced-motion setting and minimize non-essential animation for those who prefer it.
If you encounter a barrier using Rights123, or if you need content in an alternative format, please let us know. Include the page and a short description of the problem so we can investigate and respond. Please do not include sensitive case details.
